Our process

  • We start off with a chat to learn about your project and see if we're the right fit for each other. Once we have a clear picture of what you need and the scope involved, we'll book in your on-site consultation.

  • We come and see the site in person, get to know you more and understand your needs and ideas further. From there we create a formal design proposal including the fee estimate, and a follow up meeting to run you through the details.

  • This is where we take all the measurements and bring your project to life through a full design presentation — plans, elevations, furniture boards, comprehensive material and finish selections, and initial budget estimates for the entire scope of work — all shaped through close collaboration with local architects, contractors, and other tradespeople.

  • Here, we take it a step further with detailed technical drawings. We will get everything packaged up and ready to submit to the relevant trades for final quotes and timelines. Once quotes are ready to go, we'll review the details with you and get your final go-ahead so the project can be executed.

  • Once the design and schedule are set, the trades get to work and we place orders for furniture and accessories, keeping a clear record of what's been chosen, what it costs, and when it's arriving. We'll stay in touch with you weekly and visit the site regularly to manage procurement, handle anything that comes up, and keep quality on track — right through to installation and the final styling touches.

  • This is the time where you’ll be able to experience your new space fully completed! You will be able to check over everything and make sure it’s all as intended. At this point, we’ll organize styling and photography to capture it in all its glory. One month after, we’ll check in with you, attending to anything that might have come up, and again 6 months later. Time to enjoy your new space!
